Management of the Fund involves: a) The Board of Trustees of the Fund,  b) The Director of the Fund. The Board of Trustees consists of seven members.
 

The members of the board of trustees are appointed as follows:

•  Two members are appointed by Government of Armenia 
•  Two members are appointed by the Central Bank 
•  Two members are appointed by Union of banks of Armenia 
•  One member is elected by the appointed members of the board of Trustees.

The governing bodies of the Deposit Guarantee Fund are:
1. The Board of Trustees of the Fund which consists of seven members 
2. The Director

The members of the Board of Trustees are appointed as follows:

Two members are appointed by the Government of the Republic of Armenia,

Two members are appointed by the Board of the Central Bank,

Two members are appointed by the Union of Banks of Armenia,

One member of the Board of Trustees is elected by the appointed members of the Board.
